nrpe[12438]: Error: Could not complete SSL handshake. 1

Solución:

editar el fichero /etc/init.d/nrpe

modificar la linia:

/sbin/startproc $NRPE_BIN -c $NRPE_CONFIG -d

y añadir -n

/sbin/startproc $NRPE_BIN -c $NRPE_CONFIG -d -n
